Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours and Charter

Great cruise out to view the Kalbarri cliffs at sunset. Great friendly crew. Had the best time of the whole week in Kalbarri. Saw whales, a different aspect of the coastline plus a beautiful sunset! Amazingly good value tour. Highly recommend this tour company.

Fun and relaxing. Lovely lobster snacks and lots of Aussie humour. Some passengers who were very prone to motion sickness felt the effects of the seas towards the end, but no throwing up issue as the tour is not overly long and the lobsters cheered them up soon enough.

The best $70 I have spent on this trip. Early morning start lobster for breakfast, highly informative, great crew there to help and answer any questions. 3rd generation lobster fishing. And got to take 2 lobsters home for dinner with tips on cooking. Can’t recommend enough

Highly recommend this tour. It's great to support a family owned and operated business, which is farming lobster responsibly and respectfully. Vaughn, Kate and Phil took great care of us and educated us on lobsters and the industry. Throw in some good Aussie humour, some great tasting fresh cooked lobster treats, and a bag of lobster to take home - you can't top that!!!

Interesting cruise tour to see how lobster are caught and also all you need to know about lobster. Get to see shark during our trip too.They served coffee and tea and also lobster roll and bbq sampler of the lobster during the trip. We even get to bring home one of the lobster catch at the end of the trip.

The beautiful Kalbarri coast at sunset! Wow. In addition we saw many pods of dolphins and it happened to be whale migration season. Our skipper kindly allowed time for us to enjoy it all

Best value lobster lunch!Learn about lobster fishing, conservation and the ocean. Vaughn and Katie have fun stories to tell.. Really! After a two hour $85 tour with a couple of fresh lobster snacks, we part company with bountiful fish to cook our way!

Simply the best! Had such a good time today on the Rock Lobster Tour with Mark and Vaughn. Learnt so much, sampled some beautifully cooked lobster delights and got to take home 4 lobsters! Plus saw 3 sharks! If you come to Kalbarri this is a MUST do! Thanks guys

Fantastic experience on the sunset cruise. Best $50 spent on our Kalbarri trip. Amazing views of the coastal cliffs from the ocean after seeing them from above earlier that day. Viewing the cliffs from the ocean side gives a whole new and fascinating perspective on this ancient landscape.The setting sun lights up the cliffs in a spectacular way, throwing shades of ocre and amber back at you from the suns rays. The photos of the cliffs and caves, then the sunset were next level.The boat is big and sturdy and safe. The crew are very knowledgeable and experienced boaties. Skipper Vaughn and sister-in-law Kate welcome you on to their boat with a smile and put you at ease immediately. It really feels like they are welcoming you into their lives, rather than just their business. It's a real family affair. They also run the local fish and chip shop so don't be surprised if you see your Skipper and crew from the night beforw, now cooking up the most delicious fish and chips I have had for a long time, but thats for another review...They have very informative commentary along the way about the local community, the landscape, a good dose of history, and a decent splash of good Aussie humour thrown in for good measure.Kate also dishes up a warm lobster dip for the passengers.They also do a morning lobster-pull tour and whale watching all at very reasonable rates.Excellent all-around experience. Would highly recommend.This is a must next time you visit Kalbarri!!Thanks, Vaughn and Kate, for the amazing cruise. We'll be back!!
